英国の水関連リサーチGlobal Water Intelligence（GWI）は5月17日、水分野で優れた企業を表彰する「Global Water Awards」の2022年受賞企業を発表した。同表彰は、米デュポンがスポンサーを務めている。
同アワードでは、オペレーションやエネルギー効率の改善、技術革新、持続可能な財務モデルの導入等で、水産業に大きく貢献した企業、プロジェクト、工場、テクノロジー、取引、イニシアチブを全13部門で表彰。同アワードの応募フォームからの一般公募の中から、独立した専門家パネルによる最終審査を行い、部門別の受賞者を決定した。

Water Technology Company of the Year：シュナイダーエレクトリック
Public Water Agency of the Year：サウジアラビア環境水農業省

Industrial Project of the Year：カールスバーグのデンマーク・フレゼレシア醸造所での水リサイクルプロジェクト
Smart Water Project of the Year：米DC Waterによる電力会社へのEMS導入プロジェクトが受賞
